Inspiring Leadership

2 Day Workshop

This workshop was developed to help strengthen the leadership skills of executives, managers, supervisors, and upcoming leaders. This high participative workshop includes scenarios, case studies, problem solving and other interactive activities.

Energising from Conflict

2 Day Workshop

This program aimed at managers, supervisors and upcoming leaders is designed to strengthen conflict solution skills. Participants will build knowledge and understanding of models and frameworks for conflict resolution and learn how to apply this knowledge and develop skills to resolve conflicts. They will also develop skills to optimise the energy generated around conflict, examine realistic conflict cases that can be “unpicked” and problem solved, and develop tools and strategies to assist back in the workplace.
