Dr Peter Stebbins has extensive experience in workplace issues including organisational health assessment, change management, conflict resolution, mediation and facilitation, and team development and executive coaching and leadership development. He completed his Honours Degree at Deakin University and his Masters Degree and PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Queensland and researching in the area of chronic stress.

Ben has worked on major leadership interventions and organisational health reviews across public and private sector agencies both in Queensland and South Australia including major law firms, banking and finance, mining and resources, local government, state government and Job Network Agencies.

Ben is a consultant with a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology and specialist training and extensive experience in:

• Executive Coaching

• Organisational Leadership Interventions

• Organisational Health and Psychosocial Hazards including workplace health and safety assessments and interventions

• Mediation, conflict and industrial issues.

He has delivered organisational interventions, leadership training and workshops to staff in operational and executive roles, and has a specific interest in organisational health, people risks, executive and specialist selection, strategic planning and personal change processes for individuals and teams, particularly in local and state government.

Jo is a Registered Psychologist and Partner in PsyCare who practices across both the corporate and counselling domains of psychology. Jo's consulting work within the corporate domain includes executive and lead ership coaching, team development, stress management and wellness training, conflict resolution and organisational health and hazard management. She also undertakes executive consulting in the areas of staff development and performance management, managing difficult personnel and situations, strategic planning and operational refinement, including role clarity, reporting line procedures and analysis of work efficiencies.

A practicing Registered Psychologist, Leith works extensively with leaders in both government and the private sector as a professional coach and advisor on leadership and people management issues. She has also consulted for senior and middle management on long term projects such as facilitating strategic direction, business planning, change management, performance management, and team conflict. Further to her professional knowledge, Leith is herself a leader and derives much of her knowledge through personal experience. She currently manages teams in complex and long term consulting projects, and is a Partner in the PsyCare group.
